VP3 is the embroidery format for Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking machines. Stichii is a browser-based VP3 converter and digitizer — digitize artwork or import a design, edit the stitches, and export a clean VP3.
VP3 (Viking/Pfaff Phrase 3) is read by Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking embroidery machines, such as the Pfaff Creative line. A VP3 stores the stitches, the thread colors, and design metadata in a structured, nested-block format.
Stichii writes the canonical VP3 structure — the %vsm% magic, UTF-16 strings, big-endian integers, and the correct length-prefix on every nested block — so the file opens and stitches as expected.
Bring artwork or an existing design into the editor, digitize and refine it, and export as VP3. Set your colors first — VP3 carries them with the file.
Every file Stichii writes is validated against pyembroidery — the same reference library used by Ink/Stitch and other open-source embroidery tools — so the stitches, jumps, trims, and color stops land where your machine expects them.
