Stichii has a genuinely free plan so you can try the core of the app — create designs and export machine files — before you pay anything. Please use it first to make sure Stichii is right for you.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings: your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it won’t renew after that.
All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable. Because Stichii is a digital service you can use immediately (and try for free first), we don’t provide refunds — including for partial or unused billing periods, unused exports, or a change of mind. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn’t refund the current period.
The only exception is a clear billing error on our side, such as a duplicate charge — that’s a mistake, not a sale, so contact us and we’ll correct it. Please reach out before filing a card chargeback; it’s almost always faster to fix directly.
Where local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger refund or cancellation right than this policy, that law applies.
