This explains, in plain terms, what Stichii collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what’s needed to run the app, we don’t sell your data, and your private designs stay private.

What we collect

• Account info — handled by our authentication provider (your name, email, and sign-in identity). We don’t store your password.
• Your designs — designs you save to the cloud or publish to the community library, and their metadata (title, tags, stitch/colour counts).
• Usage events — actions like opens, likes, saves, and exports, so features like trending and your quotas work.
• Payment info — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used for security and reliability.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data or your designs. We don’t use your private designs to train anything. Free-plan work is computed in your own browser and isn’t uploaded unless you choose to sync or publish it.

How we use it

To run the editor and community library, process subscriptions, keep the service secure, and improve it. That’s it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make Stichii work — authentication, payments, hosting, object storage, and our network/CDN provider — and only as needed. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for signing in and keeping you logged in. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, cancel your subscription, and request a copy or deletion of your data anytime by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your private designs; designs you published to the community follow the takedown process in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Children

Stichii isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we’ll update this page and the date above.
